Chef Giorgio Rapicavoli, the chef behind some of the most popular restaurants in Coral Gables and Coconut Grove, will open Luca Steak at Wynwood Plaza, a 1 million square-foot development by L&L Holding Company and Oak Row Equities.

The 4,500-square-foot restaurant at 95 NW 29th St. will be located at the base of the development’s office tower, with almost 2,000 square feet of outdoor space next to a 26,000-square-foot public plaza. A paseo will wind through art installations, trees and other landscaping.
